Verifacto, Inc. is collecting your personal information and sensitive personal information to support its business operations, including for the business purposes outlined in the “Information Use” and “Information Sharing” sections of our Privacy Policy as cross-referenced in the below chart.

We sell certain personal information and sensitive personal information we collect, as shown in the below chart. However, we will not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may collect the personal information and sensitive personal information categories listed in the tables below. We will keep the personal information and sensitive personal information we collect for as long as required to fulfill our contractual obligations with our clients and any legal retention periods associated with those contracts. After that, we may retain an archival or back-up copy of such information.

We disclose the personal information and sensitive personal information we collect as set forth in the “Information Sharing” section of our Privacy Policy. Covered Users may exercise their rights to know or delete described above by submitting a request via email to privacy@verifacto.com. We will verify your request and be in touch with you within ten (10) days regarding next steps.

We will not discriminate against Covered Users for exercising any of their rights under the CCPA (as defined below) or similar state privacy laws.

Capitalized terms used in this Notice at Collection and not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) or similar state privacy law in Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia.
