Executive Vice President – Sales
Doug Pitcher has spent the last 25 years leading sales and operations teams in the sub-prime Auto Industry. His positions include co-founder, managing partner, National Sales Manager, and Vice President. Doug has also served on the Board of Directors.
Doug Pitcher was the National Sales Director for United Acceptance, Inc. He was responsible for all aspects of revenue generation by identifying and focusing on new markets. He recruited and developed sales executives. When Doug arrived at United Acceptance there were two outside sales representatives. The sales team grew to 2 National Sales Representatives, 14 Regional Sales Managers and 5 inside sales representatives over 8 years. United Acceptance’s receivables, revenue, and profits grew exponentially under Doug’s leadership.
Doug was introduced to the Auto Finance industry in 1996 working for Wells Fargo Financial. Doug Managed a location in Florida for 5 years. Not only did the branch have exceptional financial results, 6 employees were promoted to territory managers expanding the company’s geographic footprint. Doug was promoted to District Manager in 2001. Doug managed sales and operations for 1 of 5 districts. Three years later Doug become one of the youngest Division Managers in Wells Fargo’s history. He managed all aspects of business (sales and operations) for 16 western states. Prior to Wells Fargo selling their CAR division, Doug was promoted to Vice President. Under Wells Fargo’s extensive, comprehensive merit system, Doug received the highest rating 13 out of 14 years.
Doug received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
